On Sunday my new friend Katie and I went to the area of the city where are classes are located just to make sure we knew where we were going. After we found the buildings again we did some exploring around the area. To get to school from my apartment is about a 15 minute tram ride. It seems to be very easy to get around the city as long as you know what tram you are supposed to take to get to where you want to go. Since my apartment is located right on the river we often use the river as our guide to get back home. In the area where the school is there is a beautiful church called St. Nicholas Church. The Lennon wall is also located here along with many cute shops and places to eat. We even saw people walking down the street with goats on leashes. Watching out for goats on leashes does not compare to watching out for dog doo-doo. The stuff is all over the place here. I don't think people are required to pick up after their dogs in at least Prague.
Also last night I was taken out to dinner by my new friend Valerie's dad. He was in town on business and to make sure that Val got settled in fine. The place we ate at was called Kampa Park. It was right on the Charles Bridge. We were sat in a glass patio area over-looking the water. The patio was equipped with heat lamps throughout, which was very helpful since the temperature last night was around 16 degrees.

Being in Prague is so amazing. It is like nothing I have never seen before. Every building, sidewalk, door, wall, you name it has amazing detail.
I love the new pics sweet pea. I can't wait to visit next month. I think one day we should just ride the trams all over the city so I can take in all the architecture. It's beautiful. It's like an outdoor museum.
